Nick Elmasian, PE, SI
Mr. Elmasian has over 20 years of civil engineering experience in civil/site (including grading and stormwater), wastewater, water, civil/site (including grading and stormwater) and transportation. He is experienced in design and drafting of storm and sanitary sewers, lift stations, wastewater treatment facilities, water supply lines, site and subdivision layouts, and roadway widening.
He has 24 years of experience utilizing AutoCAD, including 3 years of Microstation/GEOPAK experience. He was trained by the Army at the National Geospatial‐Intelligence Agency (NGA), and is well versed in GIS (geographic information system) utilizing ESRI ArcGIS products.
Mr. Elmasian is a graduate of The Ohio State University. He is a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM), a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) and a Certified Professional in Storm Water Quality (CPSWQ).
